Ordered this item expecting delivery in 5 to 7 days. Was extreemly pleased when the filter I ordered arrived in 3 days. WOW, Great service and customer service...Ordering this filter from Amazon saved me over 54% over buying the filter directly from Sears where I purchased the Refrigerator...

This model filter does a better job filtering the bad taste out of our local city water. Only will use this model filter because of that.

It should not take this long to ship an item that should be available off the shelf. It is ridiculous that I am not allowed to even cancel the order and get the product some place else.

This is a pretty good filter. It installed easily in my KitchenAid Refrigerator
and water quality is great. Although pricey but a much better option than
bottled water.
